Work Model: Contract Freelancing
Compensation: 600 INR per confirmed closed ticket (Close tickets are that ticket for which expert response has been accepted by customer with feedback)
Work Shift: 24x7 (rotational or flexible availability required)
Service Commitment: Strict SLA compliance is mandatory
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Onboarding Requirement: Candidates must pass a module-specific skill test to qualify
Experience Required: 4 to 8 years in relevant domains
Start of Work: No formal offer letter or date of joining will be issued. Candidates are expected to:
Clear the skill test and work on only contract basis based on the NDA agreement
Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and freelance agreement
Payment Terms: Monthly, based on the number of confirmed closed tickets.
