**Job Title: Contract Freelance Expert**

**1. Work Model: **

• Contract Freelancing

**2. Compensation: **

• 600 INR per confirmed closed ticket.

(Closed tickets are those for which the expert's response has been accepted by the customer with feedback.)

**3. Work Shift: **

• 24x7 availability required.
• Rotational or flexible shifts.

**4. Service Commitment: **

• Strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) is mandatory.

**5. Contract Duration: **

• 1 Year.

**6. Onboarding Requirement: **

• Candidates must pass a module-specific skill test to qualify.

**7. Experience Required: **

• 4 to 8 years in relevant domains.

**8. Start of Work: **

• No formal offer letter or date of joining will be issued. Candidates are expected to:
• Clear the skill test and work on a contract basis as per the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and freelance agreement.

**9. Payment Terms:**

• Payments will be made monthly, based on the number of confirmed closed tickets.
